Computer Aided Drafting

CAD is the process of assembling Construction Documents or “blue prints” and is an integral part of our design process. It allows us to communicate design intent with the building owner and requirements with various trades. For example, this allows the owner to see duct and piping paths and the Electrician to understand power requirements for a piece of equipment. After construction completion these are turned over to the owner so that they will have documentation of how their building was constructed.

Construction Estimating

Construction budget is always a driving force when remodeling or building a structure. Climate Control Systems and Service employs six estimating personnel to assists clients in determining economic feasibility of various systems and can be included as part of our design services.

Building Automation & Installation

Building automation is the final step in providing integrated and intelligent design solutions. Concepts as simple as resetting space temperatures when they are unoccupied equates to energy savings. We staff Automation Engineers and Installers to wrap our designs into a complete package that operates your building at peak efficiency and thermal comfort. Our logic system can monitor your equipment’s operation and notify you if maintenance is required or if a system fails. We can reset equipment operating parameters as the building load changes and set operational limits giving you complete control of your building’s energy consumption.
