Computer Aided Drafting

CAD is the process of assembling Construction Documents or “blueprints” and is an integral part of our design process. It allows us to communicate design intent with the building owner and requirements with various trades. For example, this allows the owner to see duct and piping paths and the electrician to understand power requirements for a piece of equipment. After construction completion, these are turned over to the owner so that they will have documentation of how their building was constructed.

Construction Estimating

The construction budget is always a driving force when remodeling or building a structure. Climate Control Systems and Service employs six estimating personnel to assist clients in determining the economic feasibility of various systems, which can be included as part of our design services.
